Provo City has hired the planning firm of Fregonese Calthorpe Associates to  conduct land use, zoning, transportation, and design studies of portions of  the Franklin and Franklin South neighborhoods. Three alternative plans will be prepared based on the outcome of the study. The public is invited to participate in the development of these plans for the neighborhood.
