Thursday, October 01, 2009 - 08:55 AM Learn successful strategies for investigating and prosecuting metals theft at "Cracking Down on Metals Theft," a half-day conference on Tuesday, October 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Provo City Center, 351 West Center Street. The conference is particularly relevant to law enforcement and prosecuting agencies, but anyone interested may attend. There's no cost and lunch is provided. Thursday, August 13, 2009 - 01:49 AM The first Provo City ordinance in its original handwritten form is now available on the Mountain West Digital Library's website, thanks to a grant from the Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board and the work of the Provo City Recorder's Office and Utah Valley University Library's Archives & Digitization Department. The recently digitized records include Provo City Council and Commission meeting minutes from 1851-1853 and from 1971 to 1988. View the meeting minutes here. |
