NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

ITEM 1 Mike Raymond, agent for Wasatch Mental Health, requests modifications to final plan approval for a 8,840 sq. ft. adult treatment facility on approximately one (1) acre of land generally located at 600 East 600 South in the CG (General Commercial) zone. Maeser Neighborhood 07-0029PPA This project was approved November 8, 2007.

ITEM 2 Prescott Muir Architects, agent for Smith's Food & Drug Store, requests approval of a design change to the south exterior of an existing building generally located at 350 N. Freedom Blvd. The property is located in the CBD (Central Business District) Zone. CBD Neighborhood 09-0005PPA
