NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Novatek LLC requests minor project plan approval for elevation and color changes to an existing building on 1.00 acres of property generally located at 2227 S. Larsen Pkwy within the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. Springcreek Neighborhood 10-0017PPA
