NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Pontis Architectural Group requests modification to the approval of a facade renovation of an existing building generally located at 2037 North 550 West within the SC2 (Community Shopping Center) zone. Carterville Neighborhood 08-0005PPA the final plan was approved by consent at a DRC meeting February 14, 2008

PJF Corp. requests review of a condition of approval for a minor project plan approval of facade changes to an existing building generally located at 520 North 900 East within the CG (General Commercial) zone. Foothills Neighborhood 09-0003PPA this item was conditionally approved February 12, 2009
