NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Pontis Architectural Group requests approval for elevation changes to an existing building generally located at 4801 N. University Ave #210 within the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) zone. Riverbottoms Neighborhood 10-0025PPA this request was preliminarily approved by DRC on April 8, 2010
 
ITEM 2 Rick McCloskey, agent for Dare Builders, requests for facade renovations to an existing facility on 2.02 acres of property generally located at 1837 S. East Bay Blvd. within the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 10-0029PPA
 
ITEM 3 Robert Arrington, agent for CLC Associates, requests approval for facade changes in order to construct new awnings on the west elevation of the existing building generally located at 1313 S. University Ave. within the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 10-0030PPA
