NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 MHTN Architecture, agent for Utah County, request project plan approval for the Utah County Convention Center, a 140,000 multi-purpose facility on 2.60 acres of property generally located at 204 W. Center Street in the CBD (Central Business District) zone. CBD Neighborhood 10-0035PPA
