NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
ITEM 1 Kevin Scholz requests minor project plan approval for facade renovations to an existing building on 6.76 acres of property generally located at 235 East 1600 South within the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 09-0020PPA. This item was continued from the June 25, 2009 hearing.
Item 1 - Report of Action
ITEM 2 Scott Kirkland, agent for Riverside Country Club, requests project plan approval for site development of a new Club House, Pro Shop, and Service Area on the existing 150 acre golf course on property generally located at 2701 North University Avenue within the PF (Public Facility) zone. Riverside Neighborhood 09-0024PPA
Item 2 - Report of Action
ITEM 3 Alex Jansen requests modification to the project plan approval for the 14,811 sq. ft., 28-room addition onto the Sleep Inn Hotel generally located on approximately 1.27 acres of property at 1505 South 40 East within the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 08-0018PPA. This project was approved by the Design Review Committee on May 22, 2008.
