NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Guilford Rand requests approval of Old Academy Project Redevelopment Option (PRO), consisting of 26 residential units on approximately 1.51 acres generally located at 650 N. University Ave. The property is currently zoned RC (Residential Conservation). Joaquin Neighborhood 09-0006PRO
 Item 1 - Report of Action
 
ITEM 2 Novatek International requests project plan approval for a proposed 11,475 sq. ft. warehouse addition on 0.45 acres of property generally located at 2424 S. Mountain Vista Parkway in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood 09-0030PPA
