NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Provo Housing Authority requests approval of Crown II Project Redevelopment Option (PRO) (Preliminary plan approval for five (5) one-family dwellings on 0.54 acre), generally located at 241 S. 1600 W. Sunset Neighborhood 09-0002PRO

ITEM 2 Gary Maxwell requests approval of The Isles Project Redevelopment Option (PRO) (preliminary plan approval for 78 baching singles apartments (four singles per unit) on 0.94 acre), generally located at 253 E. 700 N. Joaquin Neighborhood 09-0007PRO

ITEM 3 Samantha Singer, agent for Amerco Real Estate, requests minor project plan approval for facade changes to an existing building located generally at 1380 North State Street in the CG (General Commercial) zone. Carterville Neighborhood 09-0032PPA

ITEM 4 John Ragan requests a conditional use permit approval for a chimney to extend into the public right-of-way along the south property line generally located at 100 N. University Ave. within the CBD (Central Business District Commercial) zone. CBD Neighborhood 09-0025CUP
