NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Gary Maxwell requests approval of The Isles Project Redevelopment Option (PRO) (preliminary plan approval for 78 baching singles apartments (four singles per unit) on 0.94 acre), generally located at 253 E. 700 N. Joaquin Neighborhood 09-0007PRO Continued from the October 8, 2009 Design Review Committee hearing.
