NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Pat Glenn requests minor project plan approval for facade renovations to an existing building generally located at 815 West Columbia Lane within the CG (General Commercial) zone. Rivergrove Neighborhood 09-0033PPA this item was conditionally approved at the October 22, 2009 Design Review meeting.
 Item 1 - Report of Action
 
ITEM 2 Curtis Miner Architecture requests minor project plan approval for facade renovations to an existing building generally located at 585 N. 500 W. within the RC (Residential Conservation) zone. North Park Neighborhood 09-0034PPA this item was conditionally approved at the October 22, 2009 Design Review meeting.
 Item 2 - Report of Action
