NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
ITEM 1 Jay Reynolds, agent for Novatek International, requests review of a proposed 20,600 sq. ft. warehouse addition on 1.00 acres of property generally located at 2205 S. Mountain Vista Parkway in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood 10-0005PPA this item was continued from the January 28, and February 11, 2010, hearings
