NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Steve Peterson requests approval of facade changes to an existing building on approximately 0.83 acres of property generally located at 547 W. Columbia Lane within the CG (General Commercial) zone. North Park Neighborhood 09-0008CUP This item was continued from the May 14, 2009 hearing.
