NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
 
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
 
ITEM 1 Jay Broadbent, agent for Alpine Home Medical, requests design approval for a 2000 sq. ft. addition to an existing commercial structure generally located at 1481 N. State Street in the CG (General Commercial) zone. Rivergrove Neighborhood 10-0042PPA
 Item 1 - Report of Action
 
ITEM 2 Weston Broadbent, agent for Tucanos, requests approval of a 850 sq. ft. addition to an existing building located generally at 4801 N. University Ave #710 in the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) zone. Riverbottoms Neighborhood 10-0043PPA
