Economic Development Announcement Planned Wednesday, November 14, 2007 - 03:51 PM Mayor Lewis K. Billings and the Provo Municipal Council invite you to join them as they announce one of the most significant economic development projects in the history of the City. The event will take place Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the Covey Center for the Arts, 425 West Center Street. Provo at 3:00 p.m. Commenting on the announcement, Mayor Billings said, “For many years we have talked about the various economic development activities we have undertaken to build the economic engine of our City. This will be the most significant economic development announcement ever in the history of Provo.”
