Downtown Business District Study Completed Tuesday, January 09, 2007 - 10:00 AM The Provo City Redevelopment Agency has been conducting a series of studies, assembling the baseline information needed for a Downtown Business District strategic plan. The last study, which has just been completed by the nationally-recognized consulting firm of Economic Research Associates (ERA), is an analysis of the market for Downtown office, dining, retail, and residential space. What they have discovered is very encouraging for the future of the Downtown.

The study's conclusions will be very valuable as Provo considers what is possible and desirable in the Downtown in the coming years.
