    East Bay Business Center

    The East Bay Business Center is perhaps the best example of the fierce drive that has kept Provo's economy thriving.  In the early 80's while most of the country languished in recession, Provo created the Business and Research Park on a site formerly known as a swamp and a City landfill.  The risk paid off.   

    Located southeast of downtown Provo, the East Bay Business Center is widely recognized as one of the nation's top business centers and is a recipient of the Certificate of National Merit from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  

    The area is home to a 450-acre, mixed-use business research, and retail center with a decidedly different ambiance.  With excellent freeway access and close proximity to downtown Provo and Provo Towne Centre regional mall, East Bay is extensively landscaped with waterways, a wildlife habitat, and a 27-hole championship golf course.
