Traffic Signals

Provo City currently has 88 traffic signals within the City limits.  Approximately half of those signals are on State Highways and are under the jurisdiction of the Utah Department of Transportation for maintenence and repair.  They can be contacted at 801-227-8040.  The remaining signals on Provo City roads are maintained by Provo City staff through the Engineering and Energy Departments.  Any questions or concerns regarding signal operation or maintenence can be forwarded to 801-852-6740.

Traffic Control Center

The Provo City Traffic Control Center is a state of the art traffic management center which ties into the state-wide Traffic Operations Center managed by UDOT.
