All dogs 4 months or older must be licensed. To license your dog, you must have a current veterinary rabies vaccination certificate. A license may be obtained at the City or the South Utah Valley Animal Shelter, 582 West 3000 North, Spanish Fork, Utah.

A license may be purchased for the same length of time that the rabies vaccination is current or longer. A license becomes invalid if the rabies vaccination expires before the license's expiration date. The fees for animal licenses are:

A cat may also be licensed by submitting an application and paying the applicable fee.
A person with three (3) or more dogs must have a Kennel Permit, pay an annual permit fee, and comply with all kennel requirements.
