The Finance Department provides financial and administrative support for all internal and external customers. This is achieved by ensuring the timeliness of financial information, the adequacy of internal accounting, the budgetary controls, and the safekeeping of the City's assets. The Finance office is also responsible for preparing the annual City Budget and monitoring all revenues and expenditures. The Tentative Budget for 2009 is located on the Financial Reports page. The Cashier, Ombudsman, Grants / Recorders Office, Mail Room and Provo Foundation are now back in their original rooms. Purchasing has relocated to an office between the General Services (formally Treasury) and Grants / Recorder. All phone numbers remain the same. Deliveries will be to the Mail Room.
