Rental Dwelling Renewal
Renewal
- All licenses, unless expressly provided in the ordinances, expire July 31st of each year.
- Renewal notices are mailed in June for the following license period.
- Any remittance received after the due date is assessed a late fee.
- Any license may be suspended or revoked at any time as described in Sections 6.01.160 and 6.26.080, of the Provo City Code.
- Licenses shall not be transferred.
