TIER II Reporting
For the year 2005, all businesses within Utah County were asked to submit TIER II reports ELECTRONICALLY without penalty. The year 2006 reporting will be required to be electronically submitted. These may be submitted to lschofield@provo.utah.gov for Provo City and taugustus@provo.utah.gov for Utah County. If you have questions, please contact Battalion Chief Tom Augustus at 852-6315.
