A: Most City offices are open to the public Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm.

A: Business licenses are obtained through the Treasure Division of the Finance Department.

Q: Where do I pay for a ticket?
A: During normal business hours (M-Th: 7am-6pm) you can pay for a ticket at the Provo City Center Cashiers Office, 351 West Center. After hours you can pay for a ticket at the Provo Police Department, 48 South 300 West.

Q: When and where is traffic school?
A: Sign up for traffic school at the Provo City Police Department, 48 South 300 West. Or call the Traffic School Hotline at 852–6230.

Q: How do I contest a parking ticket?

Q: My trash was not picked up. Who do I need to call?
A: Call Provo City Sanitation at 852–6714.

Q: When are City Council meetings?
A: Every first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the City Council chambers at the Provo City Center, 351 West Center.

Q: Have games for the outdoor sports been canceled due to bad weather?
A: Parks and Recreation has a rain-out hotline that is updated daily at 3:30pm for outdoor youth sports and 4:00pm for outdoor adult sports. The rain-out hotline number is: 852–6629.

Q: Who do I contact about potholes, sinkholes, or downed road signs?
