On the October 2 edition of Inside Provo, Mayor Billings was joined by Kelly Ward of Zion's Bank, who is the chairman of the Utah Valley Convention Center Task Force. The Task Force recently made presentations to the Provo Municipal Council and the Utah County Commission about expansion of the Utah Valley Conference Center in downtown Provo.
