Public Information
The Provo City Codes and Ordinances are available through the Provo Municipal Council Office. As the legislative body of our form of government, the Provo Municipal Council amends and maintains the Provo Codes and Ordinances that govern our community. The Provo City Ordinance Book is available in pdf format. You will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to access the Provo City Ordinance Book.
Each month the Mayor's Office produces a newsletter called the "Mayor’s Update." This letter is sent out with the Provo City Utility Bills and contains a message by the Mayor to the community.
Information to assist Boy Scouts in earning the Citizenship in the Community merit badge is now available online.
Provo City has a collection of Historic Flags that are on display and available for loan to the public.
Meet the Mayor at the Mayor’s Night Out. On a quarterly basis, the Mayor and department heads hold a meeting to get direct public input. The public is invited to these meetings that are held in alternating locations between various areas of the City and the City Center lobby.
Speeches the Mayor has given are available on the internet as are Press Releases, notifications sent to the media from the Mayor's Office about important events.
