State of the City Address
Each year, Mayor Lewis K. Billings offers his "State of the City" address to the Municipal Council and the residents of Provo.
For the 2009 edition of the State of the City address delivered on January 22, 2009 at 12:00 noon, Mayor Billings also handed out to the attendees his annual Administrative Report along with a handout detailing the City offices' and facilities' hours of operation effective February 1 and a report provided by Broadweave Networks on the state of the iProvo fiber optic network.
