The Business Development Corporation manages an early-stage seed debt-fund and functions as a small business growth accelerator.
Mantra: To seek out the most promising and scalable entrepreneurs, products, services and help accelerate access to money, markets and mentors. We measure the ROI of the program by the number of quality jobs created for the community.
The BDC Board meets bi-monthly to review loan requests to determine credit worthiness and eligibility of applicants.
Current Board Members have expertise in banking, entrepreneurship, equity investing, law, accounting, operations, technology, franchising, sales, marketing, financial planning, etc.
