Five Foot Tall Teddy Bear Stolen from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Provo -- 12-17-11 at 10:00 p.m.
On December 17, 2011, at 10:00 p.m., a group of individuals took a large teddy bear from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Provo. The Kodiak teddy bear was wearing a BYU jersey and was approximately five feet tall. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory had the bear secured outside the store with a chain. The group of suspects, who are estimated to be in their mid-30’s, removed the chain, took the bear, and left in a black four door passenger vehicle.
The Provo Police Department is looking for anyone who has information that will lead to the recovery of the Kodiak teddy bear in this incident. If you have information in this case, please call Officer Jensen at 801-852-6202.
