Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is scheduled as follows for Provo City residents only:
- 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays
Please provide the following:
- Picture Identification
- $10.00 Fee for 2 cards, $5.00 for each additional card
- Proof of residency with utility bill, etc.
DRIVING PRIVILEGE CARD FINGERPRINTS:
Fingerprints and photos done for the Driving Privilege Cards will be done for Provo City residents only, verified by showing some sort of mail received by the resident such as a utility bill, bank statement, credit card statement, etc. Please see the Driver License Division's website for more information and instructions.
