Load your newspapers, cans and plastics in with the kids and haul them down to this FREE event sponsored by Provo City and Waste Management on Tuesday, March 25, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Provo City Center, in the parking lot behind the Covey Center for the Arts, on the corner of 100 South and 500 West.  At this fun mid-week activity for families and scout groups, learn about recycling, enjoy free hot dogs, and take pictures with Zippy the Chipmunk.
This event could help pass off the following Cub Scout requirements:

Wolf:  4f, visit a government location; 7c, find out about recycling; 7d, pick up litter in your neighborhood.
Bear:  6a, collect aluminum or newspapers; 6c, find out about trash; 6g, neighborhood clean-up project.
Webelos:  Naturalist, 8.
Cub Scout World Conservation Award.
Wildlife Conservation Belt Loop.
