Residential Sidewalk Program
The Provo City Residential Sidewalk Program is designed for Provo residents to repair sidewalks. This program is a service to Provo residents with unsafe sidewalks and is a cost share program. The resident agrees to pay a fee per square or linear foot for his/her portion of the needed sidewalk repairs. The Streets Maintenance Division will then provide removal, construction and inspection of the sidewalk repair.
The fee schedule for residential sidewalk replacement is as follows:
Flat Sidewalk $2.50 per square foot
4' Combination Sidewalk/Gutter $20.00 per linear foot
4.5' Combination Sidewalk/Gutter $21.25 per linear foot
5' Combination Sidewalk/Gutter $22.50 per linear foot
5.5' Combination Sidewalk/Gutter $23.75 per linear foot
6' Combination Sidewalk/Gutter $25.00 per linear foot
This program is for sidewalk replacement for safety purposes only and does not entail curb and gutter, driveways, or other concrete structures appurtenant to city residences.
