Provo City

Storm Water Quality Information

Provo City is required to comply with Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (N.P.D.E.S.) under the Clean Water Act, as administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  As part of the City's compliance efforts, a city-wide Storm Water Management Program has been implemented.  The Storm Water Management Plan is intended to be somewhat dynamic in nature and will be revised, as necessary.  The public is invited to review the Plan and provide input.  Comments, questions, and concerns related to the City's Storm Water Management Plan can be addressed to Richard Hatfield - rhatfield@provo.utah.gov  (801-852-6783).
