If you find a location with potholes or in need of a road repair, please click on the link below, or call the Streets Division office (801) 852-6704, or e-mail us at streets@provo.utah.gov. Please include the street name, address and cross street with repair request.

In your request, please include your name, phone number, street location of problem and description of problem.
Examples of problems: potholes, street sweeping, snow removal, sidewalk replacement, broken or missing street name signs, broken or missing traffic signs.
