Registration Dates: September 12 - November 17, 2011 or until full
 
Registration Fee: $450 per team (Max. of 8 players)
 
Additional players: $16 per player
 
Program Dates: November 29, 2011 - March 12, 2012
 
Fri. or Sat. games may be required
Tournament play could be any night
Number of Games: 8 games & double elimination tournament
 
Divisions:
9th & 10th Boys
11th & 12th Boys
9th & 10th Girls
11th & 12th Girls
 
Participants: The Provo High School Basketball Leagues are open to both boys and girls teams, 9th - 12th grades. Registration is done on a team basis. Individuals are welcome but there must be enough individuals to form a team.  
Night / Times:
 
Weeknights: 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
 
Location: Local High Schools & Middle Schools. Girls teams will play in a combined Utah County league and will have games county wide.
 
Coaches: You are required to have an adult coach or assistant coach (age 21 or older).  Coaches must be at every game & must sit on the team bench.
Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Monday, November 21 at 6:00 p.m. at The Center (222 W. 500 N.)
