Start Smart Soccer is a developmentally appropriate introductory program for boys and girls, ages 3-4 years old. Start Smart Soccer prepares children for organized soccer in a fun, nonthreatening environment. The program allows children the opportunity to work one-on-one with a parent. The program teaches children a variety of soccer skills including: dribbling, kicking and passing, trapping, throw-ins and agility. The children will use fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate equipment. The soccer exercises will become increasingly more difficult as the class progresses and children show improvement. Parents and children attend 6() 45 minute sessions. The classes will be held on Saturdays with rotating times from 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and Wednesdays or Thursdays with rotating times of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

 

All equipment will be provided for use at the clinics. The registration fee includes a Start Smart shirt.
