Monthly Statement
As an E-Z Pay customer, you will be mailed your monthly statement at least 12 business days before your payment is ever deducted from your account. This will allow you plenty of time to review your utility bill. Payment will be deducted on the due date indicated on your utility statement. Should you have a question about your bill, simply call:
Just Contact Customer Services at (801)852-6000. If you have a question, just call at least 5 business days prior to the payment due date and discuss it with us. If your inquiry is received 5 business days prior to the payment due date, no funds will be transferred until your question or concern is resolved.
Provo City Utilities will reimburse our customers for any amounts wrongfully debited from their checking account. However, we will not be liable for any other actual, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from any wrongful debit from the customer's checking account.
Payment Date
Your utility bill will be deducted automatically from your bank account on the due date listed on the utility statement. If at any time you wish to return to your previous method of paying, just call Customer Services at (801)852-6820, and we will take you off the E-Z Pay Plan.
