iProvo is a public/ private partnership.   Provo City owns and operates the fiber instrastructure: private companies lease the iProvo system to deliver services to your home or business. 

If you have trouble with your telecom services:

1.  Call your retailer.

Your retailer has responsilbity to:

• Assist you with your retail services 
• Coordinate with the iProvo technical staff

2.   Provo City would like you to have a good experience with your iProvo service .  Provo City is happy to help you with general information about the iProvo system and may be able to assist you in  resolving problems with your  iProvo retailer.  For assistance you may contact the Provo City Helpline at 852-6000 and they will direct you to the appropriate city staff.
