Disc Golf in Provo

Provo City is home to three frisbee golf courses, and has its 4th course planned. There is an excellent variety of course styles from a links style course to a mountain terrain course that is sure to give you a work out. Whatever you are looking for in a disc golf course, one of our many courses is sure to hit the spot.


woman putting into cageRock Canyon Park Course The course at Rock Canyon Park, just above the Provo Temple, has baskets that are very high quality. Although the course only has 10 holes, if you’d like a longer game, you can play the course forwards and then immediately after play the course again backwards, giving you a full 20 holes! The terrain is a little rough and steep, and it may be to your advantage to use a spotter so you don’t lose your frisbees!

disc golf cageBicentennial Park Course The Provo Rotary Bicentennial Park is Provo’s premier Frisbee golf course. Its 16 holes, each with alternate basket placement, provide plenty of variety. It has some long fairways, and some fairly technical fairways. The course plays around and through a large grassy park with BBQ grills, playground equipment, and a spring-fed pond. Trees and other obstacles make this course both fun and challenging.

couple playing disc golfRiverview Park Course This is an object course. Instead of using baskets, players must hit objects (such as a tree or post). It has nine well-marked trees and posts and a set of park-specific rules. This course is a particularly good course to play with regular frisbees
