Polar Bear Throwdown is a program designed to help hockey players improve techniques and keep their skill levels sharp over the summer, as well as, increase their athleticism off the ice in a fun environment.

Skaters must be active players in the Polar Bear Hockey Program, completed Start Smart/Polar Cubs, or have at least one season of hockey experience in order to participate.

GoalieMini MitesMini Mites is an instructional level, development youth hockey program designed to give kids ages 4-7 the necessary skills to play ice hockey. The Mini Mites program follows the USA Hockey American Development Model for skills and development.

Start Smart is an introductory hockey program for kids ages 8-14. Skaters are encouraged to participate in Start Smart and Polar Bears Youth Hockey simultaneously.

hockey-ice-at-youStick TimeYouth Stick Time allows skaters ages 14 and younger skill development time. There are no scrimmages allowed and helmet and gloves are required. The cost is $4/player per session. Please note that private coaches are also required to pay the Stick Time fee. See calendar on main page for Stick Time schedule.
