This basic class offers six weeks of in-depth cake decorating instruction. Attain a solid foundation for replicating any bakery style cake. We'll cover buttercream techniques, fondant, stacking tiers and more. On the last day you will know enough to design your own unique and delicious work of art. Art you can eat!

Come explore the world through cultural cuisine. For those desiring to learn unique techniques and practices creating ethnic meals, the World Culture Tour should serve as your new monthly tradition. You will have a first-hand experience creating and tasting authentic recipes and learning about cultures around the world.

This includes drizzle cakes, buttercream ruffles, marble fondant, flowers, and much more! Learn how to create the perfect cake for any occasion.
