Get some sweet skills in this six-week course by learning to design and decorate cakes for any occasion and personalize them for your guests of honor. This includes simple wedding cakes. We'll cover buttercream techniques, fondant, stacking tiers and more. On the last day you will know enough to design your own unique and delicious work of art.

Come explore the world through cultural cuisine. For those desiring to learn unique techniques and practices creating ethnic meals, the World Culture Tour should serve as your new monthly tradition. You will have a first-hand experience creating and tasting authentic recipes and learning about cultures around the world.

beautiful decorated cake Level 2 Cake Decorating Build on your foundational cake decorating skills in this four-week course. We will learn more involved techniques of building and covering cakes, including drip cakes, fondant use and more. All supplies are included in the cost of the course. This class is intended for those that have taken a basic cake decorating class previously and want to advance their skills.
