Get some sweet skills in this six-week course by learning to design and decorate cakes for any occasion and personalize them for your guests of honor. This includes simple wedding cakes. We'll cover buttercream techniques, fondant, stacking tiers and more. On the last day you will know enough to design your own unique and delicious work of art!

Come explore the world through cultural cuisine. For those desiring to learn unique techniques and practices creating ethnic meals, the World Culture Tour should serve as your new monthly tradition. You will have a first-hand experience creating and tasting authentic recipes and learning about cultures around the world.

Level 2 Cake Decorating Build upon the basic skills and techniques in the four-week course by learning how to work more in depth with buttercream, fondant, and specialty cakes. This includes drizzle cakes, buttercream ruffles, marble fondant, flowers, and much more! Learn how to create the perfect cake for any occasion. On the last day you will know enough to design your own delicious work of art.
