Sundance Ski Program
The ski instructors are highly trained and eager to assist you in achieving your skiing/snowboarding goals. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been skiing all your life, our instructors will make learning fun and help take you to the next level.
•There will be an extra $50 late fee for any students who add after the deadline. (No one may add once the first week of lessons is completed)
•All students must have a completed and signed release form from a parent/guardian
•Helmets are suggested but not required
•There is free skiing until 3:30pm after the lesson with Provo City supervision
•We would love to have a couple parent chaperons as volunteers. We will pay for your ski lift that day.

Youth BoulderingThis is the perfect class for aspiring rock climbers. Come learn the safety and techniques of bouldering that will lead to greater mastery of skills and techniques needed for natural rock. The last session will be held at the Quarry.

Have you heard of LEGO League and want to get involved?! This program introduces participants to robotics using the LEGO System, which integrates the basics of building a LEGO Robot and programming using computer software. Students will be part of a team that learns together to create and invent a functional system for completing a unique task. In this program we aim to form friendships and a strong team who can accomplish more through shared goals and ideas, strong communication, and problem-solving while developing greater confidence in one’s abilities to learn new things and ask questions. Together, students will work on different tasks and challenges for a qualifying tournament at the end of the season.

*Interested participants should take one of the summer intro courses before registering, or have participated on the league in years previous.

*We are looking for adult coaches to assist our teams. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, we will waive the registration fee of one participant into this program. Contact Alicia Christensen, Program Coordinator, if you are interested.


Growth Mindset: 6 Weeks of Choosing BlissIn this 6-week challenge you will learn principles from the book, "The Happiness Advantage" to empower yourself with tools to improve your overall well-being. During this challenge you will be encouraged to participate regularly in personal or group yoga classes, personal meditation practice and apply other techniques learned during the class to find greater bliss. This group experience will challenge you, foster new friendships, and mentally prepare you and set you up for success in 2019.

CPR New Mother - Postpartum Support GroupTransitioning into motherhood is a very difficult process for most women, and can be lonely and isolating at times. In fact, 1 out of 7 women will experience what is most commonly known as "Postpartum Depression and Anxiety". If you or someone you know has experienced fear/anxiety, distressing thoughts or sadness after birth, this group is for you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Come and join us for a professionally-led support group with other new mothers as we talk about the challenges of being a new mom, the impact this change has in your relationships, and learn proven and effective strategies that can help you feel better and find joy in motherhood.

Tumbling Tots This is a tot’s exploration of body movement, motor skills, tumbling, and sports introduction.

kid-in-tube Pre-K Field Day This 4-week series is an introduction to coordination, body movement, motor skills, gymnastics, and sports. This program also helps kids gain social skills as they play with others while parents participate in the Fieldhouse fitness classes.

Beginner Kids Gym These basic gymnastics classes are a great next step after taking the Tumbling Tots class. Kids Gym's focus is on learning skills and routines on the floor, vault, beam and bars. Each session is 8 weeks. On the 8th week of the session, athletes will perform routines and receive a ribbon.

Zumbini Zumba for you and your baby. Zumbini combines music, dance, and educational tools for an hour of can't stop, won't stop bonding and fun! Tap your toes, sing along, and get lost in the only program to combine early-childhood development with the magical joy of Zumba Fitness! Price includes eight weeks of live classes, a Zumbini bundle (colorful story/lyrics book, 20 original songs, access to the Zumbini app, and a plush doll), and photos of you and your child taken during the class as a memento of the experience.

CPR CPR / AED / First Aid Certification Classes Did you know you can double or triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chance of survival by administering CPR, but only 32% of these victims get CPR? Provo Fire & Rescue offers several American Heart Association CPR courses to educate the general public and health care providers on critical skills needed to respond in an emergency. Currently offered are: Community CPR Certification, Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid, ACLS Provider Course and Healthcare Provider Courses.
