Girls in race Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run Utah is an after school program like no other! Twice per week for 12 weeks, girls have fun, make friends, increase their physical activity levels and learn important life skills. Trained and caring coaches lead 3rd-8th grade girls through interactive lessons and running activities. Girls in Utah County can join us for our first Utah County 5K on 5/18/19 in Orem at the Lakeside Sports Park at 9AM.

Fee $195 - scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance

Rock climber Youth BoulderingThis is the perfect class for aspiring rock climbers. Come learn the safety and techniques of bouldering that will lead to greater mastery of skills and techniques needed for natural rock. The last session will be held at the Quarry.

Meditating Growth Mindset: 6 Weeks of Choosing BlissIn this 6-week challenge you will learn principles from the book, "The Happiness Advantage" to empower yourself with tools to improve your overall well-being. During this challenge you will be encouraged to participate regularly in personal or group yoga classes, personal meditation practice and apply other techniques learned during the class to find greater bliss. This group experience will challenge you, foster new friendships, and mentally prepare you and set you up for success in 2019.

mother with baby New Mother - Postpartum Support GroupTransitioning into motherhood is a very difficult process for most women, and can be lonely and isolating at times. In fact, 1 out of 7 women will experience what is most commonly known as "Postpartum Depression and Anxiety". If you or someone you know has experienced fear/anxiety, distressing thoughts or sadness after birth, this group is for you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Come and join us for a professionally-led support group with other new mothers as we talk about the challenges of being a new mom, the impact this change has in your relationships, and learn proven and effective strategies that can help you feel better and find joy in motherhood.

Whether you want to lose weight, learn to eat intuitively, feel better, or make lifestyle changes for a long, happy life, this is the course for you. Join our Certified Weight Loss Specialist as she gives group instruction on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes and then meets with you one-on-one to help you stay accountable to your self-identified wellness goals.

kid in tube Pre-K Field Day This 4-week series is an introduction to coordination, body movement, motor skills, gymnastics, and sports. This program also helps kids gain social skills as they play with others while parents participate in the Fieldhouse fitness classes.

CPR on dummy CPR / AED / First Aid Certification Classes Did you know you can double or triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chance of survival by administering CPR, but only 32% of these victims get CPR? Provo Fire & Rescue offers several American Heart Association CPR courses to educate the general public and health care providers on critical skills needed to respond in an emergency. Currently offered are: Community CPR Certification, Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid, ACLS Provider Course and Healthcare Provider Courses.
