Egress window Egress Window ProgramThe Community and Neighborhood Services Department of Provo City is providing egress window loan/grants for low-income, owner-occupants of single-family residential properties within the city.  An egress window is a window or window well large enough, as defined by building code, for exit or entry in case of an emergency.
