Neighborhood Chairs Neighborhood Representation Chairs are elected by their neighborhoods to serve as leaders to identify and present solutions to neighborhoods regarding community issues. Chairs provide a direct line of communication between the Neighborhood and the Municipal Council and City Administration. Chairs also organize meetings on neighborhood issues. Many neighborhoods elect one or more Vice Chairs to help with various tasks. Click below to see who your neighborhood leaders are and a link to the neighborhood's Facebook group.
