Passport Services Provo City is now a Passport Acceptance Facility. We accept passport applications Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, no appointment is required. All application information can be found on the travel.state.gov website or by calling 3-1-1 for Customer Service. 311 Customer Service also offers passport photo services for a fee of $15.
Instead of having to weed through more than 300 seven-digit City numbers, all people need to know is 3-1-1.
Any Provo resident, business, or visitor can call 3-1-1 to inquire about City services, report any problems or issues, or get information.

For new applications a fee of $35, payable to Provo City, is to be paid at the time of application. This payment can be made with cash, check or credit/debit card. The fee for the passport is a fee payable to US Department of State. Customers MUST bring in CHECK, MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK for this amount. (See fee table at travel.state.gov). Standard processing time for passports is 4-6 weeks, expedited is 2-3 weeks. There is an additional cost of $60 for expedited service.
We CAN NOT accept or process passport renewals. We can, however, assist in helping customers make sure they have the application correctly filled out and all necessary information included. All passport renewals are done through the mail, as stated on the Passport Renewal Form. If more specific information is needed a passport agent may speak to you, however the travel.state.gov website will be the most helpful, unless specific to our operation.

We currently process prints for the 4th District and Provo Justice Courts for NON felony charges. WE DO NOT PROCESS PRINTS FOR UTAH COUNTY. Customers will need to bring in their summons, along with valid US Issued Government ID. There is no charge for Criminal Prints.
