Provo311 Customer Service isexcited to announce big changes to our online utility account service!
On March 2, 2020, we launched a new online account and payment experience for our customers that streamlines their ability to view bills, see recent payment transactions and compare their usage to others in the area.
Previously, customers logged into two separate online accounts to view and pay bills or compare and track usage. Combining our two systems gives our customers a better overall experience and more control over the information they receive.
Registering your new online account is easy! Just navigate to myusage.provo.org, or click the link below, and input the required information. You will need your account and meter number to register. This can be found on your bill, or our Customer Service agents can provide this.
If you previously set up an ACH Bank Draft, your payment profile was transferred over, but you will still need to register on our new site. If you didn't register your account at myusage.provo.org prior to March 2nd, or did not have ACH Bank Draft set up, your payment profile was not transferred.
The option of auto-pay from a checking account, or paying directly from your bank, will continue to be offered at no cost to you. If you prefer to pay with a Credit or Debit Card, or a one-time E-check payment, there will be an additional processing fee of $2.95.
