Utility and Licensing Payments

Provo311 Customer Service offers a wide variety of payment options for our customers including an Online Account Center that they can manage as well as a walk-in Customer Service desk at 351 W Center Street right here in Provo. Additionally, if you have questions or concerns about your utility bill Provo311 Customer Service can help! Just call 3-1-1 or (801) 852-6000 or come in to speak with a Representative. Our Representatives are available Monday – Friday 8 am to 6 pm.

 

Utility Billing

To access the your online account, please click the link below. You will need your account number which can be found at the top of your bill. There you can sign up for paperless billing and set up automatic payments. You can also make one-time payments with a credit or debit card or bank account information.
